"We've had an excellent relationship with them, and in fact, in the telefundraising campaign just completed, we raised more than we ever have. DCM raised $218,725 against a goal of $180,000, which was $33,000 more than the previous year. Our campaign was 18 weeks; 15 weeks were at PBT, and an additional 3 weeks from the Performing Arts Calling Center in Manhattan. The average gift was $84 (also a new record), and the overall fulfillment rate was 94%. Best thing was that cost was $.36 on the dollar. The stats speak for themselves, but I can add that DCM's customer service is excellent, and their staff are attentive and they quickly address any problems."
