In addition to our on-site services, DCM offers the flexibility and cost-effectiveness of our Performing Arts Calling Center (PACC), one of the only call facilities in the country dedicated exclusively to the subscription and fundraising needs of arts organizations.
Recognizing that many development and marketing departments have limited time, space, and phone lines, the PACC was established to provide an alternative venue for organizations who cannot or do not wish to conduct an on-site telemarketing or telefundraising campaign.
Located in the heart of Manhattan—only minutes from such cultural hubs as Times Square and Broadway, Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall—the PACC is equipped with 55 calling stations. Nowhere else in the country is there as large and talented a pool of arts-savvy callers as in New York City, the cultural capital of the world. This enables us to recruit and train knowledgeable phone reps, many of whom are artists themselves with a love and affinity for arts and cultural organizations. And the nearby major transportation hubs: Penn Station, Grand Central Station, and the Port Authority Bus Terminal make it easily accessible not only for our staff but for visiting clients.
