Inbound Sales & Customer Service Center

DCM will conduct successful inbound ticket sales for your organization by providing the highest level of customer service, upselling patrons to subscription sales, and entering updated patron information directly into your database.

On or Off-Site Flexibility

DCM will conduct your fundraising and/or subscription campaign from your on-site facility or from our Performing Arts Calling Center (PACC). The PACC is located in the heart of Manhattan, convenient to all New York mass transportation and equipped with 55 calling stations. DCM will work with you to assess your specific needs and determine whether calling from your facility or from our Performing Arts Calling Center is the right choice for you.

Consultation for all Aspects of Telemarketing and Telefundraising

Our experienced staff can provide additional consultation for a wide variety of needs. Services include: current campaign review and overhaul; creation or re-writes of solicitation materials; calling room design and set up; design of database and tracking systems; campaign goals and projections; and advanced strategic planning.
