Our Favorite Fall Drinks

What can make a crisp fall night even better? A tasty drink recipe to try! Test out a few fall favorites from the DCM staff.

• Creme Brûlée Martini

  • 1/2 c. caramel sauce for drizzle
  • 1 c. Baileys
  • 1/2 c. vanilla vodka
  • 1/2 c. white chocolate liquor
  • Ice

  In a large cocktail shaker, combine Baileys, vodka, and white chocolate liquor. Add ice and shake until chilled, about 20 seconds.

• Refreshing Spritzer

  • 2 parts seltzer
  • 1 part Sprite
  • Splash of cranberry

  Combine and pour over ice.

• Apple Cider Sangria

  • 1 bottle of dry white wine
  • 2 c. fresh apple cider
  • 1/2 c. salted caramel vodka
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1/2 c. fresh of frozen cranberries

  Combine chopped fruit, cinnamon sticks, wine, cider, and vodka in a pitcher. Chill in the refrigerator for one hour before serving.
